Basically, the guy told me he was sick of all the calls they are getting about the update for the Mogul. He told me that Sprint is who we have to contact about the update.

He also said that, they work with Sprint on the update and Sprint decides what is in the update and when it is going to be released.

He sounded pissed off too, but he told me he wasn't pissed off at me but at how Sprint is handling the situation.

He gave the the htcwiki website and I was upset he didn't mention ppcgeeks but oh well. Just some info for all you "peeps"
