Is there a known way to change SPC code to 0's

It would be great if i can change mine, since i have cricket as a provider. I have the tools i believe to do it, just dont know the steps to be taken.
I searched the posts but have not seen anything regarding this, at least not for the mogul.
If any DEV's out there who might have an idea as to how, it would be tremendously appreciated.
