Internet No Longer works?

I've had the same issue when flashing to dcd's roms... no offense to dcd ... in my case vzw couldn't get the phone to access the internet ... hard reset ... reset switch at vzw ... reprogrammed ... everything ... vzw sent me a new phone ... well ... in the meantime I did some playing arround ... I have two titans ... I compared all the info on the epst screen ... all the same ... I finally put my i760 on my account ... checked internet ... worked ... went back to the titan ... checked internet ... it worked ... sending back the "new" phone vzw sent me ... I'm guessing something on the custom roms is playing havock with vzw's system (again ... no offense to dcd ... I love his 2.2.6 rom all is working great ... including Hanbase's alarms ... and that's a first for wm6) ... appearantly when you put another phone on the account then go back ... it "resets" whatever is bad ... on vzw I can do this via the net ... not sure about altel ... hope that helps

I had the same issue after flashing to the new 3.16 Rom...after some researc Ive found that setting the Multi NAI back to 0 fixed the problem. I was no longer getting the disconnection error message

Alltel IT - no help, tried to update my phone via re-activation... tried to re-enter my settings (Username, PW)... told me to take it to the local alltel store and they will replace it - going there tomorrow...

Ive tried the ##778 and looked all that over - I still dont know what it tells me

Ive tried *228 to reset phone and update roaming/tower coverage...

Im lost on this one.. I oiriginally downloaded a bunch of stuff - htc customizer etc etc etc

Ive soft reset, hard reset, battery out and back in....

Alltel ppc 6700 - no PIE

Problems with ##code# on Sprint are usually due to a custom dialer. Remove the custom dialer and try again.

You could try the master phone reset. ##786 <dial>
It performs a hard reset and also resets the radio parameters. You will need to re-enter the MSID and MDN and reprovision.

The MDN and MSID were my problem, Tech guys told me the correct ones.. phone works fine now!!

I also had a block code on my account from my previous plan before switching to the smart choice plan.. that was why I got the error receiving modem has disconnected.. The password / Username problem was the MSID and the MDN for me!

This worked for me for any ROM.... (TELUS P4000)
Just dial: ##DATA#
username is <phonenumber)@mb.telusmobility.com
password is <DEC of phone>
REMEMBER: this is for AU and for PPP

#2 Settings-Connection-Connections.
