A friend of mine showed me his wife's new HTC Touch. I was fond of the speed and the sleek form but the keyboard was truly what I missed the most when working with it. I like the Titan's keyboard. That is one of the primary reasons that I sold my Treo 700wx. I couldn't get used to the tiny keys on the Treo. The Treo is a nice phone but no where in the same league as the Titan.

The Touch Dual keyboard would not be the reason for me to move over to it from the Titan. I don't like the fact that you have to press the keys more than once to get the true key you want to type. Blackberry did that with one of their models and I think that it was mistake on their part. The true 20 key Qwerty keyboard is probably the greatest asset to most mobile warriors.

i'd love a touch, but i use my phone for work too much. there is nothing better than a qwerty when you're working in excel on a ppc. thats my only holdback.

i too have contemplated on going from the mogul to the touch, but the initial touch i have at the house make an even better guinea pig for any experiments i put it through, but to use it as a phone itself, the fact that i feel something burning into my pocket will bring my temper to a fever pitch much higher than the touch itself can go for no reason most of the day.

I See Everyone complaining about the touch without a keyboard.....

you can Buy a TOUCH DUAL with the slide out Dial Pad
anyone heard of it?

the problem is they dont make a cdma version of the touch dual.

you can buy a touch dual, but the keyboard is like a normal cell phone keyboard a.k.a. you have to hit each key until you get the letter you want. i'm spoiled.

Yeah I had the Touch for awhile and just traded it for a DJM-600 mixer instead... I just couldn't get used to not having a hardware keyboard. The touchscreen isn't as responsive to taps as the Mogul's is because of the thick plastic covering it so you have to press hard and it doesn't register every tap you make...

The only pro for the Touch is the 128MB of RAM, which I've learned to live with having half the RAM on my Mogul now thanks to the custom ROMs for it.
