HEY brand new phone out the box wont start

After i unlocked my phone it got stuck on the second spash Help I just got the phone!!!!!!!! i unlocked it unloded a rom made from build os and now it gets stuck at the second picture!!!!

Which unlocker did you run. When you say

Does that mean you used the ppckitchen to make your own ROM. Also what ROM and radio versions were on the phone before you started. You can probably just flash the latest update from Sprint, then start over (unlock again)and flash your own once you get thier update going. If you built your ROM in the kitchen there is a chance you put too much in and it is freezing. That is not as common as it was with the Apache but could happen. Try taking your battery out and put it back in, do a hard reset. Those are the only otions I could think of.

If you made a ROM with the kitchen, you have to pull the battery for 30 seconds and turn the phone back on... Give it about 2 minutes and if you're still not at the calibration screen, press and hold the power and camera buttons at the same time and while holding them, press the soft reset. Should get you into tricolor boot loader.

From here, attach the device to the PC and reflash either the stock Sprint ROM or flash a new custom ROM.

when i re flashed my phone it never changed splash screens from the first time i uploaded my rom. it is like i never did the second flash but its cool verizon just sent me a new phone
