If you made a ROM with the kitchen, you have to pull the battery for 30 seconds and turn the phone back on... Give it about 2 minutes and if you're still not at the calibration screen, press and hold the power and camera buttons at the same time and while holding them, press the soft reset. Should get you into tricolor boot loader.
From here, attach the device to the PC and reflash either the stock Sprint ROM or flash a new custom ROM.
