vibration not working

yes as stated in the title my vibrate is not working at all except when i turn on my 6800. ive had the phone for about a month

and idk wats wrong with it.

i was on the tech support for over three hours

and still no luck. any ideas???

Did you use the registry edit for turning off LED lights? If so, that disables vibrate as well.

Last resort... back everything up. hard reset and install nothing. If that works, install app, one by one. Phonealarm 1.64 made it so mine wouldn't vibe but 1.62 works great.
