hey check this thread out.....

It will let you change the audiopara file which has all your volume info to your liking. Perfect program as always from no2chem.

I think you have to save to main memory in order for it to function and soft reset after installation.

It made a huge diffrence on my XV6800.

Hope this is what you guys needed.

I downloaded this to my Mogul and (of course I didn't follow your exact directions) I didn't notice a change in volume UNTIL...I re-read what you said and you said use the HEADPHONES!!! After using the headphones settings...my neighbors can hear my phone ringing upstairs (just joking...well, they might be able to)!! This one is not a dud. Kudos to you for this!! MUAH!!!

Re: Need to boost volume on Mogul 6800

The speaker on my Mogul is worse than ever. That's not to imply that is was the greatest in the beginning. I've seen applications on other sites that are supposed to increase the volume, but I for one am not experienced in adding applications to my phone and I think Sprint should fix this problem. It's so bad that when the speaker is on I have to put the phone to my ear just to hear.

c@rL0$ - sorry friend, this didn't work for me. it rendered my phone totally silent. It didn't un-install too well either.. i had to manually kill some reg keys.
but a reboot after i took everything off, brought my volume back.
running 3.35 radio, on VZW xv6800 with no2chem 5067..

i dont know why i even tried - my audiopara.csv does the job just fine. i guess i just have to try every new toy out there

The application that I provided is not to increase the ear piece volume. It is meant to increase the overall volume of the speaker ( for applications, ring tones, and so on)

The audiopara ofcourse is for the ear piece volume but it varies on ROM's.

Have you tried using the instructions that I provided earlier in this thread?

I have been using it since DCD's early GPS ROM stages until 3.0.0 and it has worked on my xv6800. It would be a ROM issue. That is why I don't flash anymore unless I am certain that I will gain something worth while.

Re: Need to boost volume on Mogul 6800

When I download the WOW HD Volume, it tells me that "there is no WOW HD driver loaded. The control panel will now exit." WTF?! Am I doing something wrong? Could I get "non-geek" instructions please? Thanks guys

Question Re: Need to boost volume on Mogul 6800

I did everything just like you said and it gave me an error message that "There is no WOW HD driver loaded. The control panel will now exit" and then it closes. What do I need to do to get this to work (non-geek instructions please)?? Thanks
