have to do a soft reset after a phone call to get back a data connection. help pleez!

i'm using the test rom 3.16. If im on the web via pie, opera mini, opera moble, or netfrontmoble, and i answer a phone call, my mogul will not let me get back a data connection after the call. It always brings up a notification that i must end current phone call before connecting to data. But the call is done. No matter what i do, the only thing that'll let me connect back to the web/slingplayer/xmradio, etc.. is doing a soft reset. It can get pretty tedious. Is this a known issue with the test rom? Or am i just missing something that'll correct this problem? any help would be greatly appreciated. thx guys. dschoenike

I have that rom, and I have not experienced any issues like that. I use multiple internet browsers (not at the same time) and I also use Internet Sharing extensively, but whenever I get a call while connected, the phone rings, the number shows up and I have the option to either answer or ignore. If I ignore, my connection continues as normal. If I answer, I cannot surf or anything until I finish and end the call, but as soon as I am done I can surf freely again.

Not sure if this helps at all but I thought I'd let you know that 3.16 hasn't affected me at all in that aspect.

thanks for the responses guys. I tried running the IOTA from services from within the phone menu. Didnt work. It gave me error 1012. Since its not a known issue with 3.16, im guessing its something i installed. Hmmmmm.... any guesses?

ok. just in case anyone is interested, i seemed to have fixed my connection issues. I uninstalled 3 things, schaps configuration tool, visual gps, and quick gps. I have no idea why, but now all my data connection problems have been cured. strange.

Schap's configuration tool caused me problems on WM 6.1. Once I removed it, my problems went away too.
