Can't Sync My Mogul

Well, I've had this problem for days. When I connect my Mogul to my PC, it reads as if it were about to sync, but then it pops up with an error message, telling me it can't. Has anyone else had trouble like this before? And if so, can you walk me through a correction?

Yeah, I've been getting the error messages thing and WM device center crashes. After awhile it just did want to sync anymore. What I did was back up all my stuff and did a hard reset (press down both soft keys -> above green phone button and red phone button, and pressing the soft reset button on the bottom. ) When I reconnected and set up sync again the problem went away.
