TCMP question!!!???!?!?

when im browsing on videosites and using quicksliverscreen or joox, i will play a movie for example king kong. it will start fine but then it will pause every five or seven seconds! is there anything i have to change on settings to make it run smoother!?? please help! thanks guys!
