OK Here's the full story:
Got the Sprint 3.16 loaded, but it wouldn't lemme do step 8, wouldn' t dial, had the right MDN. Loaded 5046, no help. I gave up I reloaded the ALLTEL ROM, that process required re-entering the MDN/MSID (##000000, edit the MDN and MSID to your 10 digit phone number) Now I'm back to stock & have accomplished nothing. I tried running the TitanReloader, Hard-SPL, 5046 on top of this stock ROM, but I get ERROR 262 (freezes at the 0% mark) So I'm basically back to square one. Hey , at least I didn't brick my phone  Any idea how to get the Sprint 3.16 to function on my ALLTEL network? Maybe install Radio 3.27 only? IF so, how do I do that?
