Can i put a used/pre used phone on my account?

I wanna get rid of my mogul could i buy a ebay phone and put it on my account/plan even if it was used before?

Yea as long as it has a clean and clear ESN. Some Ebay sellers will give it to you prior to the sell so you can check it with Sprint to make sure its clean. Some sellers will not so you might get screwed. The phones I have bought used have been clean though.
