You need office 07 to open the docx files...

Or the compatibility pack. Not sure if they even make that for mac.

Just save them as doc, not docx, in Word Mobile. No need to hard reset (and that wouldn't do anything).

From Word Mobile:

Menu-->Tools-->Options-->Default Template (drop down box)
Select Word 97-2003 Document (.doc)

So the compatibility pack. Well, I have a regular PC so I think that is exactly what I need in order to have easy transfer between my PPC (with office mobile 07) and my Desktop (with office 2003). So...where would a person like myself find such a gem?
