I was able to watch the cnn news channel for a minute seemed ok, there was some breakup which appeared to be the buffering on the network..

***UPDATE***

Closed it, now it's doing the same thing again. Open it, gets to the channel menu, then closes again. DAMN! I was going to subscribe too!

i wonder if enough people got involved it there could be a class action lawsuite against sprint for charging us $15/month for the vision plan that includes sprint tv but then will not let us use sprint tv on our mogul. We have all proven that sprint tv will run on the mogul which they claim it will not.

Looks like a good legal action.

I would sign that petition/law suit.. Most def.. No reason we should be restricted from things like Sprint TV, and MMS, especially when we pay for them, and have a device which is more capable then any other in their line..

Doubt it since the Mogul was never advertised to have SprintTV and I remember someone saying that plans like the Vision plan usually have a disclaimer that the services will be provided as long as the device supports it.
