Yep, I'm also on SERO., and from what I can tell it's SERO users who are affected by this, now Sprint says SERO people should be able to get the free channels, so who knows, let me know what ecare says.

edit: I'm on a chat right now with a rep and they are saying that on their end I should be getting those channels as it's part of my plan.

Yes, if it's not part of your vision plan.

I'm NOT on a SERO plan and I can't get the "free" channels. So, who knows. But, no resolution from my end anyway...

Which plan do you have? Is Power Vision included with it?

I have a vision plan, it doesn't have any TV plans with it or anything. But, in the past I could still get the "free" channels. No so any longer. What I wouldn't give to get Disney Channel, etc. back. Helps pass the time. I had MobiTV but it stopped working.

Thanks for the update, I've heard from others too that Sprint is saying that SERO users do not have access to the "free channels" However, if one purchased the $8, I don't see why they can't throw them in.. I can understand the reasons why SERO users don't by default get the channels, but Sprint provides no way of purchasing them.
