I am using this Esmertec JAVA build with Opera Mini 4 and it hums along quite nicely. A very good release for using in conjunction with Opera on WM 6.1...

Technically I think you only need the JAR. If you are downloading apps off the web and are installing locally just let JBed search your device and pick the proper app from the list.
Also, GMail and Opera Mini work great in this version. I am actually posting from Opera Mini right now. Thanks to no2chem for providing the files! |

In this version can you enter text right into fields rather than pressing enter and entering text on the white screen, and then going back to the page and having it appear there? If that's the case I'll install it right now...

Opera Mini & Gmail work great for me, although I do have one issue...
Before I was able to set a link to open Opera / Gmail automatically, but those link's no longer work. With the gmail link, it says it cannot find the suite, then defaults back into the Java, while the Opera one goes white (and it says JBed NativeUI where the Start is) and then it goes back to the home screen. The shortcut I am using is: "\windows\jbed.exe" -run s0_ Depending on the program obviously |

I installed this new java client on my Sprint Vogue and it works PERFECTLY. You should post this stuff in the general forums as it's not specific to the Mogul. This new JBed is very fast, possibly faster than the Cloudyfa release I was using before this.
Thanks! Nate |
