Button Mishaps

So I downloaded AEButton to try to modify some of the hardware buttons. Got it installed and changed a few buttons, soft reset, and nothing. The buttons didn't do what they were supposed to. I got annoyed and uninstalled the program, and now when I hit the green talk button instead of they keypad popping up, it automatically dials the last person and calls them like i hit the green button twice. Can I fix this manually in the registry?

I'm running AEButton on my mogul, seems to work great although the only buttons i've customized are the "ok" button, the mail button and the IE button. I wouldn't know where to start to help, maybe checking for any other programs that may be conflicting? sorry i cant help more.
