Incorrect SMS timestamps in new roms?

Is anyone else experiencing this?

For example, i send an sms to myself at 1:50am, then 2-3 seconds later the sms comes back, but is dated at 6:50am. Is this a problem with the timezone settings being detected properly? or is this a problem on the operator's side of things?

It isn't too frustrating, but it really throws off timing (how long since that last message was recieved, etc...)

EDIT: The clock is syncronized with the cellular network too, and it does syncs to the correct time. I am with Bell Mobility, using DCD's 2.1.0 Bell rom.

I am seing this issue a little differently also using the 2.1 rom. My items say they are the correct time, but when my backup software kicks off it kicks off an hour later than it should. So it was suppose to run at 7am but really ran at 8.

Yeah was having the same problem too with 2.1 (I'm with Bell) thought it was wrong timezone but even when i changed my settings to eastern -5, there was still a 5 hr difference. I flashed to 2.2 last night and i don't have the same issue anymore though
