Phone won't update (3.16 Shocking I know)

Quick Edit: I realized I put won't update in title, it updated just fine, I can't re-active it so the phone part is no good.

I went through the whole update, it went perfectly didn't hang up one bit only took 15 or so minutes. But when I try to activate my phone (Verizon- *22 it won't let me, it dials and trying to complete it but it says it can't be updated at this time. I saved my msid and mobile directory, I input those and tried again still didn't work. I've read that there may be problems after programing (no outbound calls) but I didn't see anything about not being able to active period. Any help is appreciated, thank you.

My information in my online verizon account doesn't seem like it wants to come up, could that just mean it is all down tonight for some kind of maintenance?

Thats what I like to hear. I've never had trouble with it before, but I haven't read of anyone having this problem. I'll just pray for the best in the morning.

Just took a little patience, it was a verizon problem not my phones.
