Quick Edit: I realized I put won't update in title, it updated just fine, I can't re-active it so the phone part is no good.
I went through the whole update, it went perfectly didn't hang up one bit only took 15 or so minutes. But when I try to activate my phone (Verizon- *22
it won't let me, it dials and trying to complete it but it says it can't be updated at this time. I saved my msid and mobile directory, I input those and tried again still didn't work. I've read that there may be problems after programing (no outbound calls) but I didn't see anything about not being able to active period. Any help is appreciated, thank you.
