Re: Official Titan built-in GPS Thread

I can't figure this out... all my settings are correct per the first post. I have the 3.42.40 radio and flashed the 21042 build of 6.1 but the phone still sees no satellites. The really weird thing is the ROM version says 3.08.66.1. I've been reading for 3 days now trying to figure this out and I think I have confused myself more than helped. Can someone help me please?

you may have the mr1 update (by you, or factory) in that case take it back to stock non gps (win 6.0) and reflash back to a custom gps rom

Re: Official Titan built-in GPS Thread

At this time I don't know if my GPSRadio is actually working properly.

When I first installed everything it locked on to 2-5 signals.

Now it has stopped and hasnt locked back. I tried the battery pullout/reset/etc and no luck...

Advice?

Re: Official Titan built-in GPS Thread

I'm seeing some posts here (mcfz and what) with phones listed as the Apache and 6700. Please note that a lot of the information here (especially when discussing specific ROMs and radios) has to do with the Titan/Mogul/6800. Please be careful when flashing your device to make sure you use the tools built for your phones, and you may have to translate these discussions to find the specific versions made for your phones.

Good catch... I haven't updated my phone on here... I'm running a 6800 replacement.

So here's where I am. I reverted the phone to stock - relocked spl to 2.07, stock verizon rom & radio. Then installed spl 2.47, radio 3.42.40, and flashed with ppck wm6.5.... and it's still telling me my rom version is 3.08! Will I have to go back to stock again in order to get this f'er right?

Can anyone help me?

Re: Official Titan built-in GPS Thread

If you want gps to work on verizon with a custom rom do the following.
http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showpost.p...94&postcount=4 And use which ever rom you want. You don't have to use DCD rom
