What is the best converter program to watch smooth non-skipping movies on the mogul?

What is the best file type?

Is TCPMP the best player?

Look for the You Tube thread on this board, TCMP with the flash player bundle works well for many different file types. It does take a little tweaking for audio lag but that's easily done.

I use SPB Mobile DVD to convert video files and dvds to a good format for the mogul, and TCPMP to watch them. Once you adjust the audio in TCPMP, it works great.

I use SPB mobile dvd also, but it makes the movies pixelated, and unenjoyable. I used the Pocket DVD Studio app, and the videos turn out amazing, but the audio turns out horrible. Any1 use this app and know a way to fix it?

I'm using WINAvi video converter... use custom setting of 320-240 looks good to me. and no sound lag... i got mine from MININOVA.. the best torrent site

I use a program called PocketDivxConverter, works great and allows croppping/stretching video and changing bitrate on both audio and video, dont remember where exactly i foudn the program, but im sure you can google it if interested, "also allows multiple vids to be queued up and converted at once

Which format are you converting to? .avi?

I use FairUse Wizard to convert to avi and TCPMP to play on the ppc, works great im watching Hitman as i type lol
