Sprint Customization

Can someone please tell to me if the sprint customization on the new unofficial rom is needed. Also, what exactly does the customization install?

i stopped it than unlocked my external rom and just installed the sprint navigation

My two cents are to let it run connect to pie to make sure you get you settings then hard reset and skip.
