need help with my mogul!!

I can not save pictures to my phone from the internet. i've done it plenty of times and can't figure out what the problem is. i've just recently added mms to my phone, could that be it? the error I get says '' unable to save the image'' by the way I have plenty of free memory.

I noticed that I cannot mms either on the mogul either, when i contacted sprint they said that I the mogul does not have the drivers to send.
