ok well its simple my friend all you got to do is make sure your usb port is secure in cuz some times that will do it. sometimes you have to un install microsoft active synce and reinstall it. and a really big one is UPDATE YOUR ACTIVE SYNC TO 4.5.....I HAD PROBLEMS WIT THAT. SO DO NOT HARD RESET UNTIL YOU DO THAT. ... BUT ITS A REAL SIMPLE PROBLEM..
