if you disable Message Sent notification.....

will it still pop up a message if it fails to send a message? I get that one every once in awhile while at work, want to make sure I have some way to know there was a problem if i disable the popup

The failed massage will still pop up. Then will be sent to your Drafts.

I'm sorry for digging this thread up, but is there a way to disable that? I often just click on the red link that shows up in the threaded text messaging app that allows you to resend the message; however, the message is still stuck in the Drafts folder, and if I don't clear it out, these messages get resent whenever I reboot the phone.

I tried searching but couldn't find a fix relating to this issue.
