i need a copy of the MOGUL registry... trying to write an app... help

i am trying to fix an app i wrote that works for most phones other than the mogul. i need a copy of the registy. one that has not installed the "personalizer" app.

do you need it to be a clean registry from a hard reset or any old copy?
