WMStorage for WM6?

Does anyone know if there's a program LIKE WMStorage that works on WM6? I tried the WMStorage that worked on WM5 and no joy. (Unless I don't know how to make it work on WM6 that is. I downloaded the latest version)

I tried the latest version also, no dice for me. Im using WinXP and the computer will see it but not install it properly, seems like it has a problem after if assigns the memory card/phone a drive letter, after that it fails, tried 2 different computers. Ive heard that card export works with wm6, i dont think its free though. Sorry I couldnt help more, looks like were both searching for the same seemingly non-existant program

There's a thread on here that tells you how to do it. IIRC you need to install the trial version of card export, then install and use wm5storage.
Search for WM5storage.

I tried to get this to work too. WM5torage wouldn't work on my Mogul until I installed the trial of Card Export II. The only problem though is someone reported that once the trial of Card Export runs out that WM5torage no longer works as well.

I'd love to have something like WM5torage work though.

thats the latest version, for some reason it doesnt work for me. Computer(s) have problem after it assigns the drive letter to it. Maybe Ill try removing the proggie and reinstalling it and trying again if you guys say v1.8 works

WM5torage will continue to function after Card Export expires, as long as you don't remove Card Export.

Card Export installs its own USB controller drivers, while the author of WM5torage attempts to bypass writing device specific drivers (with the result being that it doesn't work on every device). You can read more of the how's and why's if you are so inclined here:

I installed WM5torage (latest) on my 6800 when I flashed it.... works fine. I have tested it on two laptops, work desktop (all XP Pro SP2) and my pc at home (SUSE Linux 10.3), and they all work great.
