White Spots

Any impact on the screen, or the back of the phone will cause this. It can be a slight drop, or having it in your pocket and pushing on the screen

Any of you Sprint Reps who have posted in this thread ever actually fix this problem? Or....do you just pack it up and send it off?

TIA
i'm a sprint rep and ex-alltel rep. just send em back...

I have the same issue on my phone. 3 spots left hand corner. This is a replacement phone and I'm assuming it was sent back to Sprint for the spots issue. It doesn't bother me at all so I'm not gonna complain...I'm gonna save my complaints for when the phone really messes up.

Weird, I've had to go through a couple Verizon phones and I've never seen this issue at all on any of them.

Never had a drop or impact on the screen, these 'spots' are all in the same spot, lower left corner. Its a design flaw/defect. Hasn't really been a problem(yet).

Yeah everyone in this thread has dropped their phone and the LCD has been affected in the same exact way, in the same exact spot.

At first I never had them, so i was one of the ones who went "Maybe its just your phone?" But in the last month all three of the spots in the lower left of my screen have shown up.

once the spots on the lcd its there, no way you will be able to get rid of it guys. And no its not from slide to unlock, its a defect of the phone as they come like it right out of the package. You can go into a store that is a service center and the techs should either replace the LCD if they have the part in or replace/order you a refurbished one. I personally still think its from something pressing on the back of the lcd. Once my phone gets the dot, or the next time i get one in ill open the phone up and play around with it. Maybe i can see whats causing it. Hell maybe ill just put a penny under the lcd of the next phone that gets swapped out just to test.

Oh and while we are on the subject of defects... How many of you have had the stylus start falling out? It happened to me but i just glued the stylus boot back onto the phone. Fits nice and snug now.
