Re: White Spots
Yeah... white spot........ its happened on *EVERY GOD DAMN MOGUL I'VE HAD* (4 now) and I'm *SICK* of it! Sprint says its not even a legitimate reason to replace the device anymore as its *cosmetic* WTF! Its a fault in the device... nothing about cosmetics. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that 18 pages of posts on here is a damn cosmetic defect.............

Re: White Spots
I didn't read through ALL 18 pages of this thread, but has anyone or can anyone post a screen shot of what yall are talkin about? The OP stated there's a white spot on the lower left part of the screen but is that when the keyboard is in or out?

Re: White Spots
mine came that way, I thought the guy from ebay ripped my bung hole a little but I guess its a problem that HTC will probably avoid because its not detrimental to the system

Re: White Spots
It's lower left when in portrait orientation (keyboard in), which would be upper left in landscape (keyboard out). BTW, just adding my name to the list of folks that have this. Bought mine from a private individual and its just a minor annoyance so haven't bothered getting it replaced.

Re: White Spots
If it were a car it would be recalled!
I never really noticed this on my first 5 moguls, now I finally have one that is working well (a NIB insurance replacement) and the darn thing gets the dreaded white spot. For now, I'm dealing with it because everything else seems to be working well...

Re: White Spots
Eh I have our stores swap the handsets in our market. It's one of those things that falls under the warranty. That's not normal on any LCD, and Sprint Corporate should put pressure on HTC about it.
