Or just make Sprint keep replacing it until they get it corrected. Thank god for Sprite backup!

This just in! To fix the spots submerse the phone into a boiling pot of water. Fish the phone out with a strainer and then call 888-211-4727

I've had this model of phone for only 5 months and I've already experienced:
1. White spots on the screen (both phones)
2. Broken green phone button (first phone)
3. Broken left softkey button (first phone)
4. Broken Fn button (both phones)
5. Broken Wifi

I really do believe that the only reason people are keeping this steaming pile of crap is because Sprint doesn't offer another phone that has at least the same screen resolution and a hardware keyboard.

Give the touch a couple more weeks on the market and you'll start seeing hardware problems there too. HTC produces crappy phones, Microsoft produces crappy/buggy phone software, and Sprint can't figure out how to force manufactures to make something worth having.

Mine is the opposite, I only notice it when the screen is black or displaying dark colors. Mostly when watching video on my phone, especially in widescreen/landscape mode. WTFM8!?!?!

Ok,

I loosened the two screws on the underside of the LCD to see if it helped and it DID NOT. I didn't take it apart any further because I need to use the phone. I'll experiment a little more hopefully if I have time this weekend.

Any of you Sprint Reps who have posted in this thread ever actually fix this problem? Or....do you just pack it up and send it off?

TIA
