That looks more like what schettj was describing. Also SKTools has a terrific backup function. You can either backup certain applications or the entire device and if you hard reset simply reload SKTools, re-register and restore. It will restore EVERYTHING back to the state it was at when you backed it up.
Whenever I get my pne just the way I like it and attempt to install new software, I make a backup and then install the app. If anything goes bad, I just restore my last backup. Bada bing... bada boom. |

I dunno tho, with nearly 20MB free, his mogul should be plenty fast. I can't be sure, since I applied all the usual tweaks to mine for glyphcache and menu animation and whatnot, but it was not that much slower out of the box.

I just removed S2U2 and I booted with 25.1MB with everything else still loaded and my device zooms. Maybe he has the startup and menu animations enabled? I remember the days of loading and unloading... loading and unloading and before I had a cleaning tool, my device was laden with lost space, bad registry values, wasted caches... and was s-l-o-wwwww.
But now I keep it jammin by running SKTools on startup and hitting the "Free Ram" button so often which releases anywhere between 965K to 4420k (.9MB to 4.4MB) of memory depending upon usage. |

Heck, mine is down to about 15mb free right now and still performs just fine. It's due for a soft reset (did a bunch of hacking today, I think mortscript left some chucks of ram allocated) but its still not "very slow"
