Bluetooth toggle icon on today screen ?

Is there simple and easy way to add BT icon on today screen
that will toggle Bluetooth on/off?
I didn't find any easy to do so

Works great , it would be even better if it's larger
so it can be pushed easy without stylus. Any way to do that ?

Also is there same application for:
screen off

stand by
turn off or one button with sub menu for these three ?
restart
