If your sensor light is no longer working and you have cycled the auto-sensor light off/on and now it is on AND still not functioning...
Unfortunately it may turn into a warranty repair item... Have you tried using it in the closet? A almost perfectly dark area to test? |

Yeah. I had little drop a few hours before this happened. (But it was working light wise afterwards). Dont know if something happened, but literally the drop was about 15 inches, and didnt even scratch it.
Maybe it broke something internally. Going to try and do a hard reset, and see if its software related or if I need to warrenty it. ![]() |

basically, yeah. if you have a problem and can replicate it, they can either repair or replace it. if they replace it under warranty, there's a good chance they'll replace it with a refurb. if you have TEP ($7/mo) it should be no out of pocket cost to you.
