for your calenders and contacts, try using mail2web it is the best because no matter where you are, as long as you can get a data connection via evdo or wifi, you can instantly retrieve all of your contacts, calender events, emails, etc...
for you guys that are new to these ppc's and arent always around a laptop or are afraid of losing the above mentioned items, give it a try. it doesnt retrieve your programs and all that. oh yeah ITS FREE
