Help! Can't respond to POutlook email using Exchange
Is anybody willing to suggest ideas? I am able send email with absolutely no problems. I can't respond to any email however.
I can hit "respond" and it pulls up a new email and lets me type. When I hit "send" however, I just hear a beep and nothing happens. It's as though I'm getting a system message (because of the beep) but no dialog pops up.
I've done a soft reset which doesn't help. I've also did a hard reset about two weeks ago and have slowly adding apps back in. I didn't notice the issue until today but it's possible it's been like this longer as I haven't been out of the office on a trip since the hard reset. I hardly doubt this is a software conflict but I thought I'd throw that out there as a possibility.
