lagging gifs

I dont know if this has been discussed before so Mods feel free to delete if there is already a thread. I have noticed that my mogul will not run gifs at full speed despite being low in size. Not sure if its a problem with the picture viewer or what. Example

Thanks found it on some forum a while ago. Just downloaded Resco Photo Viewer and the gif runs at normal speed. Windows picture viewer just sucks I guess.

i would rather have that as a start up animation. lol
