Notifications problem!

I been having problems with my notifications soft key, it blinks between calendar and notification and every time I press I get the calendar. I put a little video so you guys can see, in the video I got it right but that doesn't happen very often.

I have the exact same issue. It flashes notification for like a millisecond, and then goes back to Calendar. This happens whenever I receive a voicemail or whenever I receive an email. It happens also when I get a text message, but its a slow enough flash that Ihat I can hit notification and dismiss. I like that it notifies me when I get a message, but i dont like how its "working" now. This happened ever since I installed the newest ROM.

Please help.
