No More LED's Please

I have searched everywhere I know to, and haven't found an answer to this. I am trying to completely turn off all the led lights on my Mogul all the time. I tried LED Killer 3.1, but it doesn't stop the blue led and it turns back on for charging. I also tried Hermled but it seems to stop working as soon as I turn the phone off (press the button on the side, I think that might be called sleep sorry I'm still working on my terminology). I just want the lights to never come on, no matter what. I have read several posts that say Hermled does just that for the Mogul, but I use it with g, b, and r and as soon as I press the power button the green light starts flashing again.

Please help if you can,

Thanks!

3.1 isn't 100%. In fact I seem to still get a lot of green blinking with it. I would love to try the bluetooth light killer. Do you have a link for it? I haven't been able to find it. I have to use Bluetooth throughout the day so I can't just turn it off. I do turn my phone over, but it would be nice to just have the lights off completely.

I also found the reg hack to turn them off, but I have to have vibrate where I work.

Actually, some thinly-sliced electrical tape would probably work pretty well. And it's easily reversible.

I thought about that but I'm concered it would void my warrenty if I ever needed Sprint to do any repair work.

I tried that and the tape kept coming off every day or so. I also tried to use a sharpie but it barely affected the amount of light coming out of the LED.

depends on how you define "warranty." if you mean whatever comes with the phone, i think that's like 30 days. if you have TEP, as long as it's not water damaged, they probably won't care about a dab of paint. i mean, as long as you don't come in and try and get it fixed for that reason ie i painted my LED now i can't see it and i want it fixed.

as long as it's not water damaged i would say it should be fine for TEP

I have found closing me eyes works 100% of the time and no worry of voiding the warranty!

Sorry, could not resist.
