still no luck
thanks jamesus for responding. as the title reads still no luck. i have uninstalled and reinstalled activesync, have soft reset, hard reset but nothing. my mogul charges through the usb but will not sync. i have checked my activesync settings and all are correct. is it my mogul? is there any way to revert back to stock even though i cant sync. if there is anyone who can help me solve my dilemma it would be greatly appriciated.
ps... still wondering about my connection reading ( 'USB). could this be my problem? |

something is wrong with your usb drivers possibly. You could reinstall them by deleting them from your device manager and then search for new hardware changes. Try another usb port as well.
On the bottom right of your computer there is green arrow that is called your safely remove hardware icon. When the phone is hooked up, double click on this icon and tell me whats connected.

are you connecting through a hub of any kind? have you tried another port? another cable? another phone or device to see if activestink see it? did this phone ever connect this way? have you tried a hard reset?
It's a real frustrating thing trying to figure out activestink connectivity issues, it ususally just starts working after something that makes no sense.
