Q'stions about my xv6800...

So i switched over from 6700 to 6800 past sunday, 12.30.07, and everything is workign fine on the phone. But i have a few q'stions

1) How do i change the brightness of the phone. I did it one time, the same day i got the phone, but now when i go into setting -> backlight it doesn't have the adjust bar anymore... all it says is.... "Powersave" and "Bright" but when i try to move the slider, it doesn't do anything.

2) Regarding txt message. When i go into my Sent Items, there r no txt messages. On the 6700 i remember everytime i sent a txt there would b a copy of it in the Sent Items folder, but w/ the 6800 there's noting. it's just empty

3) In my Windows folder, there's a file that says "RadioRefurbish" wat is that? Does that mean i got a refurbished phone?

4) Where is the stock "lock" program located? I wanted to remap a soft key to the Lock but i'm not able to find the location in the Windows folder or anywhere else.
