Exchanging Mogul for Touch, Custom rom

Hi all, im new here. I just got a Sprint Mogul about a week ago. I want to exchange it for a Touch. My question is, i have a custom rom on it, should i put the factory rom back on it, or just leave the custom rom on it. Another quick question, I got my Mogul from a local sprint store, if i go there and tell them i want the touch, will i have to pay for the touch and then wait for the mogul to be credited back to my credit card, I am still on the 30 day trial that sprint has, thank you for all your help
