Transfer Contacts from Treo 650 to Mogul?

Newb here. Is there a way to transfer my contacts from a Treo (650 specifically) to the Mogul? I tried to beam the Contacts file but it is locked and won't allow me. Can I do this myself, can Sprint do it or do I need to set aside a couple of hours to enter them in manually?

a decent sprint store can do it and if you can sync them with your pc you should be able to sync them to your mogul but i've never had a treo so not sure of the best way sorry

Just take it to a store with tech support they transfered my 700p for me.

they xferred my contacts from my old 650 to the mogul...and yes, its free.

u can just ppcpimbackup and put it on both phones and it makes a backup on the first phone and on the second device install pimbackup and trasfer the file backup from the first one to the second and restore and uyour contacts and everything are on your new phone
