Scrolling with finger

Let me start by saying this is my first post. I just got my mogul 2 days ago but I've been reading these forums for a couple of months now. My question is this: is there a program out there that allows you to scroll with your finger for web pages? I know there is Pocket CM for contacts and other similar programs, but I can't seem to find any information on programs that might do what I'm looking for. Plus, as far as pocketCM, I kind of like the stock contact manager so I don't really want to change it, but it would be nice to keep it looking the same and have some sort of background application running that would allow for finger scrolling. Thanks in advance for any help. And I apologize in advance if this topic has been covered before, I can't find it anywhere.

If you are looking for a non-free program you might want to check out SPB Pocket Plus 4.0. It does a bunch more plus enable scrolling in many programs.

Another vouch for SPB Pocket Plus 4's Smart Scrolling. Works great, I'd say better than TouchFLO.

I have SPB Pocket Plus 4 and I like it but its only useful in a few applications so I use FTouchFlo in combination with Mortscript to scroll and use the L-R and R-L swipe as pressing the R/L. Also eFrost's minimizing application is not included in the cab. Download here

As far as web browsing goes, I believe PIEPlus has that feature.
