Just posting my experience with HTC Mogul - Qwest:
Got tired of waiting for Q to come around, so I hacked it...
1) Used ##778# to obtain most of the EPST info (I didn't have my MSL, so I could only 'view' the settings ... did not know that the passwords can only be seen in 'edit' mode)
2) Installed Calipro 2.4
3) Installed Sprint ROM 3.35 (did the stupid thing of allowing it to customize)
4) Installed DCD's Qwest ROM
Results:
Under DCD, the phone works (and GPS seems to as well) but the Data/Internet did not.
Out of curiosity, I reinstalled the Sprint ROM and attempted to use it. Again, phone and text messaging worked (and GPS ... to an extent), but Internet did not.
I called Qwest to see if they could reset my user registration. They claimed they did but internet still did not work (could be that when they did, I was still fiddling with the settings and may of negated their attempts).
In any case, I'm gonna try a few more things (ie: going back to a lower ROM) before giving up and sending the phone back in for a replacement.
FYI: I like the Sprint version of applications a lot more than Qwests....
