PPC tablet help (netcf.core.ppc3.arm.cab)

Hello,
I recently found ppc tablet and downloaded the trial. During installation on my mogul an error says netcf.core.ppc3.arm.cab must be installed first. Does anybody know what programs this is or were to find it?
