Disable Touch Screen During Call

Is there a way to disable the Mogul touch screen automatically while in a call like the Treo does? I usually have to close several programs after making a call that were inadvertently started

so far the best solution i've heard of is just hitting the power button

I haven't come across any free programs that do what you describe, but there is always PhoneScreen Lock (shareware)

Hitting the power button allows you to remain in the call while turning the screen off.
