Please HELP! I screwed up my dialer!

Alright, I need some help here...quickly. I tried installing a new dialer from http://www.paulya.com/dialerskins.htm and it didnt look right (the number pads had duplicate #s and letters in the wrong places, AND the smart dialer didnt work.) So I tried a dialer from zombienexus.net. I have included some screenshots of what it looks like now.

The second picture is what it looks like when I press "Hide Keypad".

Can someone please help me get my dialer back to normal?

try installing this one it's from htc should fix it
