email settings?

I have a web site for my business and email accounts for it. I cant send/recieve without being hooked up to active sync.

I get this erro
"the outgoing mail server cannot send or recieve messages at this time. Try again later."

I have my outgoing smtp set as the same on my pc but im sure that is wrong, what do i set the smtp as within the mogul mail settings ? do i use sprint as teh smtp and if so what is it?

this thing was working just fine the other day with my personal email through charter, using charters smtp server. but now it isnt working.
